ได้พร้อมใจ จัดงานรางวัลเกียรติคุณนานาชาติ International Outstanding Leadership Award (I.O.L.Award) รางวัลผู้นำดีเด่นระดับนานาชาติ ในวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2567 ณ ศูนย์ประชุมวายุภักดิ์ ศูนย์ราชการ แจ้งวัฒนะ กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ บุคคคลและองค์กร ที่มีผลงานดีเด่น ในสาขาและอาชีพต่าง ๆ เป็นที่ยอมรับ ในระดับนานาชาติ. ก่อนหน้านี้ ก็ได้มีการจัดงานรางวัลดังกล่าวขึ้นแล้ว 7 ครั้ง ในหลายประเทศ เช่น สิงคโปร์ ญี่ปุ่น ไต้หวัน มาเลเซีย สำหรับในปีหน้า ปี 2568 ทางคณะกรรมการจัดงาน เตรียมจัดในทวีปยุโรป แอฟริกา และอเมริกา เป็นต้น
